How to use:
- Fill fire bowl with lump charcoal
- Create a small well in the center for fire starter
- Light with natural fire starters (no lighter fluid!)
- Let the EGG come to temperature with lid open
- Close lid and adjust vents to reach target temp
Pro tips:
- Store in a dry place — wet charcoal is hard to light
- Larger pieces burn longer, smaller pieces light faster
- Don't dump the ash — usable charcoal may be mixed in
- Shake out ash before each cook for best airflow
