Shipping & Local Delivery & Local Pick Up
All orders ship from our St. Albert, AB location. You will recieve an email with tracking information when your order has shipped. After receiving your shipping confirmation please allow 24 hours for the shipment status to update.
All orders are processed on the next business day. Orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday. We strive to ship all orders within 48 hours.
For in store pick up orders please call ahead to confirm your order is ready for pick up before coming down to the store. An email confirmation is required in order to pick up your purchase.
Please note for grill pick ups, the client is responsible for finding a proper sized vehicle to transport the grills. We do NOT recommend transporting grills on their side. Once a grill has been loaded into your vehicle we are not liable for any damages during transport. We can provide you with the box dimensions and weight at the time of purchase if needed.
For Grill Orders: If you live outside of our local delivery radius please contact us to generate a shipping quote to your specified address.
Local Delivery: Once a week a courier will pick up all local deliveries. The cut off for each weeks local delivery is EVERY Thursday at 1pm. Orders will be out for delivery every Friday or Saturday. Clients will be notified when when their orders are out for delivery!
Local Delivery includes all Edmonton & Surrounding areas!
St.Albert, Morinville, Edmonton, Sherwood Park, Fort Sask, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Leduc and Beaumont.
Transit Time: Please expect 3-7 business days transit time within Canada. Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.
We reserve the right to select the carrier used and are unable to accommodate 3rd party freight collection. We cannot guarantee that a free shipping option will be available to your shipping address.
Free shipping for grills is limited to grill purchases over $1000 & to Major hubs within Alberta only.
LOST & DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Backyard Grills Inc is not liable for shipments lost or damage in Transit.
If you would like to add insurance to your order please let me us at the time of order.
If your order status is Delivered, please check the vicinity of your home to ensure it was not dropped at a side door, lobby or mail room, and ask your neighbors if they may have received it for you. Carriers also occasionally mark packages as Delivered before they're dropped off.
If you believe you shipment has been lost, please contact our Customer Support team and we will attempt to locate your package.
As a fraud measure, we cannot issue refunds for lost packages under any circumstances.
