Absolutely! Just shoot us an email at email@example.com within 24 hours of your order and we will make all the necessary changes for you.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: Shipping is non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses.
Contact us immediately with your name, order number and photos of the damaged item. We will look into it and be in contact with you as soon as possible to rectify the damage.
If you've changed your mind or no longer need your order. No worries, we can cancel it within 24 hours of when the order was placed.
Unfortunately, once orders are shipped there is no way to cancel the order. You can request a refund once the items are received on your end.

Orders take 24-48 hours to process, or the following business day if the order was placed on a Friday.
If you have not already received a ready for pick up email, we highly recommend calling prior to making your way to the store to ensure your order has been processed.
Absolutely, you have 24 hours after the order is placed to make any changes.
All orders ship from our St. Albert, AB location. You will recieve an email with tracking information when your order has shipped. After receiving your shipping confirmation please allow 24 hours for the shipment status to update.
All orders are processed on the next business day. Orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday. We strive to ship all orders within 48 hours.
Absolutely, We deliver grills across Alberta. Unfortunately, the cost of this varies per location.
Please contact us prior to placing your order so we can provide you with an estimated cost for delivery.
Yes! We do, this is subject to the specific grill and location that it needs to be delivered to, therefore please contact us prior to make arrangements to that we can provide an accurate estimate on costs.
