The FireBoard SF311T Food Temperature Probe provides accurate temperature readings in meat and food, and can easily be inserted with the sharp tip. The 90° angle design keeps the cable away from heat while the 5″ probe length reaches the center of large roasts, briskets, and pork shoulders.
This is the standard food probe included with FireBoard thermometers, and St. Albert pitmasters keep extras on hand for monitoring multiple cuts during big cooks. The thermistor technology provides fast, accurate readings from 0 to 572°F.
