Built around our small-batch apple butter made in-house from real apples, this fruit and tomato-based BBQ sauce delivers layers of flavour that go far beyond sweet. Rich notes of apple, vanilla, and cinnamon create a smooth, comforting sweetness that’s balanced by a bright kick of vinegar, gentle warmth from ancho and chipotle peppers, and just enough smoke to remind you it belongs beside a fire. This isn’t a candy-sweet sauce and it isn’t a spicy sauce. It’s a balanced, versatile BBQ sauce that works just as well glazing ribs as it does on burgers, pulled pork, chicken, or brisket. Perfect on:
