The four burners give you exceptional control for creating different heat zones, perfect for indirect cooking methods.
Napoleon's iconic cast iron cooking grids resist rust, provide even heat, prevent food from falling through and create distinctive sear marks. Cast iron's superior heat retention creates perfect searing conditions—the grids stay hot even when cold food hits them, maintaining consistent temperature throughout cooking. The porcelainized enamel coating protects from rust and makes cleanup easier while the tight grid spacing prevents small items from falling through.
The instant JETFIRE Ignition System shoots a jet of flame to light each of the main gas burners individually for quick start ups every time. Unlike traditional spark ignition that can fail due to corrosion or grease buildup, JETFIRE uses a visible flame that ignites reliably in all conditions. The ACCUPROBE temperature gauge allows you to monitor cooking chamber temperature without opening the lid, essential for maintaining precise heat during roasting and indirect cooking.
