It's a unique blend of butter buds, brown sugar, honey powder, and spices that you mix with apple juice. Once mixed, simply wrap your ribs or pork in foil with the mixture during the critical wrapping phase of your cook. The blend creates incredible tenderness, adds moisture, and develops that perfect sticky, sweet glaze that judges and families love.
HOW TO USE
Mix the powder with apple juice according to package directions. During the wrap phase of your cook (typically after 3 hours for ribs), lay out foil, pour the mixture on, place your meat on top, wrap tightly, and continue cooking. The magic happens inside that foil as the butter, honey, and brown sugar work together to create tender, flavorful results.
