Maple Wood Chips add light and sweet smoke flavour to your food.These naturally sourced, kiln-dried, hardwood sugar maple chips are perfect for poultry, pork, salmon, arctic char, and trout.

To use, soak chips in water for at least 30 minutes before smoking. For added flavor, try soaking them in apple juice, chardonnay, cabernet sauvignon, honey brown lager, or maple lager. Once soaked, place them in a Napoleon Smoker Pipe on your grill's sear plates, or directly onto lit charcoal.
